Ramsey may miss Moldova game

Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey may miss out the game that will see his team face Moldova in the World Cup qualifiers.

The player has been injured in the first Premier League game that saw Arsenal face Liverpool. The player suffered a hamstring injury in the game that saw his team beaten at home by Liverpool 4-3.

It is believed that the player was not ready physically to play in such an intense game after having played the final stage of the Euros with Wales. The Welsh team is currently awaiting reports from the Arsenal medical staff to find out for how long the player will be out.

Wales who are looking to make their first appearance at a World Cup will be desperate to have fit Aaron Ramsey for the game against Moldova. Arsene Wenger has stated that the Welsh international was not completely fit after his exertions with Wales in France for the Euros.

The French manager said that players need to be ready physically before they can take part in this sort of games. He admitted that Ramsey was not ready, and this is what resulted in this injury. He said that so far he does not know how long the player will be out and that he will have to wait for an assessment from the medical staff before making any statement. It is believed that the player will be undergoing tests this week, and it is only after these evaluations that the club will make a careful statement.

Wales will be hoping that the player can make his return quickly on the pitch in order to face Moldova. Moldova has improved massively during recent times and it will take a full strength Welsh side to get a result in the game.
